About the role: We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to own the full funnel from brand building and campaign execution to pipeline generation and enterprise deal closure.
You will drive marketing across YottaFlex and its product lines while actively contributing to revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, data-driven execution, and relationship-driven selling.
. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, and paid channels.
. Create quick-turnaround visual content using Canva for social media posts, ads, and external communications.
. Own and manage YottaFlex’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
. Support content marketing efforts including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces
. Work closely with designers to continuously improve YottaFlex’s brand identity, visual language, and external-facing materials
. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints
. Drive end-to-end lead generation sourcing, enrichment, nurturing, and qualification using tools like RocketReach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
. Build and manage outbound sales sequences, follow-up cadences, and meeting scheduling workflows
. Actively prospect and close enterprise sales opportunities, managing deals through the full sales cycle
. Build AI-powered workflows and automated campaigns to scale outreach efficiency
.Track campaign performance and report on key metrics including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable marketing and sales plans
. Manage day-to-day operations using project management tools (OpenProject) to keep multiple workstreams on track
. Set up and manage meetings, calendars, and coordination across teams
. Coordinate and execute webinars, events, or industry meetups to drive brand visibility and lead generation
. 4 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with demonstrated enterprise sales exposure and a track record of closing deals
. Strong hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (CRM + marketing automation) and Apollo or similar outbound tools
. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, and paid campaign management
. Comfortable creating visual content on Canva without waiting on a design team
. Solid understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and web analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent)
. Proficiency in tracking and reporting marketing metrics pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and lead quality scores
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident presenting ideas to leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
. Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing automation, workflow optimization, and campaign intelligence
. Highly organized with proven ability to manage backlogs and deliverables using project management tools
. Self-starter who can context-switch between creative, analytical, and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
. Experience in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing
. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution
. Exposure to marketing analytics or BI tools (Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.)
. Experience planning and executing webinars, trade shows, or industry events
. Background in building CRM dashboards, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting
. Understanding of B2B content strategy whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership
