• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities, event planning, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill HR requirements across departments.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
