About the role: We are actively looking for a SAP IS-U / CRM Techno-Functional ABAP Developer to join a US-based utilities project. This role involves working on customer systems, billing processes, and production-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and support solutions across SAP IS-U and SAP CRM
. Work on Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Customer Master Data, and Device Management
. Build and support IS-U ↔ CRM integrations
. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in high-volume environments
. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Must-Have Skills
. Strong experience in SAP IS-U (Billing / FICA / Meter-to-Cash)
. Hands-on ABAP development (Enhancements, BADIs, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs)
. Experience in US Utilities domain
. Exposure to SAP CRM (Customer Service / integrations)
. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
